At Torre Palombara we offer on request the experience of a tasting platter (tagliere) that you can savour in the evening at sunset in front of a magnificent landscape.
Our “tagliere” is a unique experience of local, zero kilometre products. The platter can vary according to the season and is made of Umbrian salumi, cheese, seasonal vegetables, legumes, truffles and olive oil.
